合作政策

合作政策声明

本合作政策声明 (以下简称“声明”)适用Raymond Gallery (以下简称“我们”)。该平台由Wonsys Martech Solutions Sdn Bhd（202103030679）（以下简称“公司”）拥有。

1. 我们愿意与任何感兴趣的合作伙伴有合作机会；

2. 所有的合作都必须与我们签署合作协定书，如有任何一方拒绝签署该合作协定书，此合作将视为不成立与无效；

3. 我们将会向合作方索取任何相关资料以作为审核与准备合作协定书使用。如合作方拒绝/无法提供所要求相关资料，此合作将视为放弃与无效；

4. 所有的合作必须是合法的，如该合作涉及非法/违法，侵权，盗用，欺诈/欺骗，与含有/存有不实成分/内容，产品与服务等等。此合作将会被我们立即暂停与终止。同时我们将保留所有的追究权/有权向您提起法律补偿行为；

5. 如任何一方想暂停/终止合作，必须在以书面通知。如有任何一方未经书面通知，此暂停/终止合作将视为不成立与无效；

6. 合作方在任何情况下不可诽谤、跟踪、欺凌、辱骂、骚扰、假冒或恐吓他人，公司与我们公司任何人。如有任何相关单位向我们举报/投诉，我们将保留所有的追究权/有权向您提起法律补偿行为；

7. 所有交易必须拥有/发出单据以进行交易并通过网上银行业务过帐。如有任何一方要求利用现金进行交易，必须事先让另一方知道再由其根据该公司的财政政策决定是否接纳该现金交易；

8. 所有的合作协定是属于我们的商业机密，如没得到我们的允许，合作方不可在任何情况下向协力厂商透露任何资料/资讯。如所述事件发生，我们将保留所有的追究权/有权向您提起法律补偿行为；

9. 当您决定与我们合作时，您承认您已经了解与同意我们的隐私政策和个人资料保护声明，使用条款与免责声明；
